What is LanguagePeps?

What are PEP conditions?
PEP stands for exclusive industry rates for travel professionals — the kind you already know from flights, hotels or cruises. At LanguagePeps these rates are guaranteed at least 10% below the official school price. Not a promise, but a written money-back guarantee.
Who is eligible to book?
All employees in tourism, airlines, hospitality, rail and related industries. Valid proof is required — a Travel Industry Card, IATA ID, company ID or similar. The full list can be found on the homepage.
Can my family or travel companion join me?
Yes. Your partner and children travel at the same PEP conditions — even if they travel without you. On top of that you can bring up to three additional people, such as friends or colleagues, at the same conditions.
Can I combine a language trip with educational leave?
Yes — many intensive language courses offered via LanguagePeps meet the recognition requirements for educational leave in the respective German federal states. After booking you automatically receive all the documents needed for the application with your employer.
What happens if my employer rejects the educational leave?
Employers may only reject educational leave in exceptional circumstances. Should it happen anyway, our special cancellation policy kicks in — free cancellation or rebooking to a later date.
Who is the contracting party for a booking?
The contracting party is exclusively Linguista, an established language travel provider with more than 40 years of experience. LanguagePeps is the information and referral platform — Linguista takes care of booking, payment processing and customer support.
