§ 1 Scope and Contracting Parties

1.1 Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (Terms & Conditions) gelten für die Nutzung der Informations- und Vermittlungsplattform LanguagePeps unter der Domain languagepeps.com.

1.2 LanguagePeps is a pure information and referral platform. LanguagePeps does not itself provide any travel services, language courses or other bookable services.

1.3 The contracting party for all bookings arranged through LanguagePeps is exclusively Linguista. No booking contract is concluded between the user and LanguagePeps.

1.4 LanguagePeps richtet sich ausschließlich an beruflich im Tourismus- und Reisesektor tätige Personen sowie deren Familienangehörige.

§ 2 Services provided by LanguagePeps

2.1 LanguagePeps provides information on language travel, educational leave offerings and related topics.

2.2 LanguagePeps vermittelt den Nutzer nach Bestätigung der Branchenzugehörigkeit an die Buchungsplattform von Linguista. Die Weiterleitung erfolgt nach ausdrücklicher Zustimmung des Nutzers.

2.3 All course, price and date information displayed on LanguagePeps is non-binding. For binding details please refer to the Linguista platform.

§ 3 Booking and Contract Conclusion

3.1 A booking is only possible via the platform of our partner Linguista. LanguagePeps is not involved in the booking process and does not become a contracting party.

3.2 Für Buchungsbedingungen, Stornierungskonditionen, Zahlungsabwicklung und sämtliche vertraglichen Regelungen gelten ausschließlich die Terms & Conditions von Linguista.

3.3 Mit dem Klick auf 'Weiter zu Linguista' bestätigt der Nutzer, dass er die vorliegenden Terms & Conditions von LanguagePeps gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert hat.

§ 4 Data Processing and Privacy

4.1 LanguagePeps erhebt im Rahmen des Kontakt- und Newsletter-Formulars folgende Daten: Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Branchenzugehörigkeit. Diese Daten werden ausschließlich für Newsletter-Verwaltung und Kommunikation genutzt (Brevo).

4.2 From the moment of referral to the Linguista platform, all booking-related data is collected and processed exclusively by Linguista. LanguagePeps has no access to this data.en.

4.3 Es gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Linguista für alle buchungsrelevanten Daten. Ein Link wird vor der Weiterleitung angezeigt.

§ 5 Prices and Price Guarantee

5.1 LanguagePeps refers courses at prices guaranteed to be at least 10 percent below the official school prices.

5.2 If the user finds the same programme at the same school for the same period at a lower price, the difference will be refunded.

5.3 Binding prices are shown exclusively on the Linguista platform.

§ 6 Disclaimer of Liability

6.1 LanguagePeps übernimmt keine Haftung für die Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit oder Aktualität der dargestellten Informationen.

6.2 LanguagePeps is not liable for the services provided by Linguista or the providers offered on the Linguista platform.

6.3 LanguagePeps haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch die Nutzung der Linguista-Plattform oder gebuchte Reise- und Kursleistungen entstehen.

§ 7 Nutzungsbeschränkung

7.1 Die Nutzung von LanguagePeps ist ausschließlich Personen gestattet, die beruflich im Tourismus-, Airline-, Hotel-, Bahn- oder Reiseveranstalter-Sektor tätig sind, sowie deren Familienangehörigen.

§ 8 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

8.2 Gerichtsstand ist [ORT DES UNTERNEHMENS — VOR VERÖFFENTLICHUNG EINFÜGEN].

§ 9 Final Provisions

9.1 Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Terms & Conditions unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

9.2 LanguagePeps behält sich das Recht vor, diese Terms & Conditions jederzeit zu ändern. Nutzer werden über wesentliche Änderungen per E-Mail informiert.
